Our philosophy has always been…
Our philosophy has always been to support and our customers through the entire integrated supply chain. Already since 1988 you can always count on our know how and advisory service in planning, development, construction and optimisation, mouldmaking, injection moulding, automation and assembling as well as packaging and logistics. Today about 200 employees work on an area of about 10.000 sqm in our parent plant in Schwanenstadt/Upper Austria for our joint success!
Quality
We ensure constant quality and manage this process completely
Already since 1997 we are qualified according to ISO 9001 and since 2010 also under the terms of medical technology relevant standard ISO 13485. Our process-oriented Quality ensurance system is based on the terms of Total Quality Managent (TQM). We work with the latest in measuring equipment, strengthen the responsibility of our staff, have regular internal audits and concentrate the entire production consequently on a zero-defect-program. We have been distinguished by various of our well-known customers for our high-class part production and became the worldwide competence centre for the production and assembling of different plastic components.

The cooperation with the Upper Austrian Kunststoff-Cluster KC (www.kunststoff-cluster.at) , the company network of Technology Center of the Salzkammergut business region as well as Polymer Competence Center Leoben GmbH (PCCL, www.pccl.at) help us to get access to new technologies, to push common developments and to intensify the transfer of knowledge and technology in F&E.

Wir sind die Spezialisten in Sachen Mehrkomponentenverarbeitung, weil wir alle dazugehörigen Teilschritte aufgrund unseres seit Jahren aufgebauten Know-hows perfekt beherrschen. CAMO ist bereits seit 1997 ISO 9001 zertifiziert und wurde bereits mehrfach als herausragender Lieferant ausgezeichnet. Planung, Konstruktion, Optimierung, eigener Werkzeugbau, Fertigung, Konfektionierung und Assembling kommen bei CAMO aus einer Hand – gerade für komplexe Mehrkomponententeile ein unschlagbarer Vorteil! Mittlerweile verfügen wir in diesem Sektor über einen Maschinenpark mit 63 hochmodernen Spritzgießmaschinen, die großteils automatisiert und auch in Reinraumumgebung arbeiten.
Wir bieten unseren Kunden Systembetreuung rundum für ein optimales, qualitativ hochwertiges Ergebnis über den gesamten Herstellungsprozess hinweg. Dabei bleibt die Kompetenz bei uns im Haus, kein Arbeitsschritt wird ausgelagert.
