From the beginning Camo admitted trainees and educated them to become highy-qualified specialists. This was already an important concern for company founder Josef Eidler. The education within the company is the base for a good staff as well as a long lasting relation between company and employees.

For this reason the education of trainees has the hightest priority at Camo. Recruiting of trainees in 2010 brought a remarkable trainee record of 75 successfully completed  training contracts. We offer trainee positions for plastic mould shaping, plastics technician, mould construction technician, cutting technician, metal construction technician and electrical service technicians. Camo training staff supports the trainees, the educational training and the working field of the trainees within the company.
